We at Kelly are seeking an Assembly Worker - 2nd Shift to work at a premier manufacturing client in Chelmsford, MA.

What’s a typical day as Assembly Worker - 2nd Shift? You’ll be:
  • Performing limited electromechanical production subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature.
  • Assembling and/or installing electrical and mechanical components following established documentation and sequence.
  • Preparing for assembly tasks such as cutting, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring, and fastening terminal connections.
  • Operating automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Are entry-level with generally less than 1 year of experience (QSR experience a plus).
  • Have an IPC Soldering Certification (a plus).
  • Can read and understand assembly documentation, blueprints, and/or wire lists.
  • Are comfortable using small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
  • Are familiar with general computer operation.
  • Can lift up to 35 pounds.
