Job description

Overall goal:To support the production line/process by being a safe and productive employee and aiding in the production and shipping of Sphere Renewable products.

Role Objectives:
  • To assemble to product specifications
  • To execute the company policy
  • To ensure full compliance with legal OSHA and ISO requirements
  • Duties and responsibilities

    Production
  • Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts.
  • Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
  • Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions.
  • Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks.
  • Organizing stock and maintaining inventory at your workstation.
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards.
