We provide highly engineered and highly customer-specific integrated solutions in the industrial control valve industry, mainly serving the power gen, pharma, manufacturing and food/beverage markets.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assemble new automated valve assemblies, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly
valves, etc.
• Be proficient with hand & power tools
• Maintain and organized workspace
• Ensure that all products assembled meet the quality standards in accordance with Company & Customer
requirements
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, drawings/prints, procedure
manuals, and electrical/pneumatic schematics
• Perform measurements with: dial calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Operate electrical test equipment such as, loop calibrators and digital multimeters
• Apply math skills to verify critical dimensions
• Pressure and leak test valves to National Board and ASME standards
• Complete inspection/process, and quality documentation
• Perform other duties as required
Qualifications / Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent • Excellent mechanical aptitude • Willing to work overtime, and weekends as required • Work in an environment that requires constant pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and other physical activities • Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hrs a day, primarily standing and sitting, as required • Lift objects weighing up to 50lbs • The assembly function requires the abilities to work with material handling equipment, cranes, rigging, tools, and fixtures in a safe, competent and efficient manner • The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Additional Responsibilities
As NCC Production is a custom, engineered valve automation/integration shop, the production environment is dynamic. The production schedule guides the work flows.
All NCC Production employees must be agile and flexible in their work duties. It is essential that employees be able to pivot quickly to work on what is most important. Depending on a employee's individual skill set, this may include: - Metal fabrication / Machine shop work - Welding - Painting - Packaging - Shipping/Receiving - Any miscellaneous production tasks required by Production management
