Job description

United Talent Staffing is hiring for a Window & Door Manufacturing Associates for a well-established company in New Martinsville, WV. If you’re looking for a full-time position with a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn new skills, this could be a great fit. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we’re willing to train dependable individuals with a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Assembly Associate, you will help manufacture quality window products by:
  • Assemble window frames and sash components
  • Install glass into completed window frames
  • Operate hand tools and basic production equipment
  • Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
  • Label and stage finished products for the next production process
  • Meet daily production goals as part of a team
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $12-13 per hour based on department
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Overtime: Required OT on Friday based on production needs

Qualifications:
We're looking for dependable team members who:
  • Can stand for the duration of the shift
  • Can lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Can safely operate around production equipment
  • Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Are willing to work overtime when needed
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor is a plus, but not required.
