Fabrication/Warehouse Associate
Join a small warehouse team responsible for fabrication and material handling of hollow metal products. The Fabrication/Warehouse Associate will perform light-gauge sheet metal and hollow-metal frame fabrication, operate power tools and material-handling equipment, assist with shipping/receiving, and support day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to quality, safety, and basic computer skills.
**We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT***
What You Will Do:
  • Fabricate and assemble hollow metal frames and other sheet metal components according to specifications and work orders.
  • Weld light-gauge materials (14 ga - 18 ga) and perform related metalwork tasks.
  • Set up and operate power tools safely, including grinders, drills, detailed sanders, and saws.
  • Read and follow drawings, cut lists, and fabrication instructions; perform quality checks and minor adjustments as needed.
  • Perform material handling duties: unload/load shipments, stage materials for production, move finished product, and maintain organized work areas.
  • Enter basic production and inventory data into computer systems (Outlook, Excel, web-based tools) and keep accurate documentation.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • 1-3 years experience in a fabrication or light-gauge sheet metal environment.
  • Proficient with power tools: grinder, drill, detailed sander, saws.
  • Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching).
  • Material handling experience in a warehouse or fabrication setting.
  • Basic computer competency: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
  • Experience using handheld barcode/scan guns.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
