Job Summary: Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Colorado Springs, CO (Contract)
About the Role
Join a high-performing manufacturing team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Colorado Springs, CO. Work a flexible four-day schedule (10 hours/day, 6am start) in a clean, team-based environment where your attention to detail and drive for excellence help deliver complex, high-quality assemblies. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, including intricate assemblies under a microscope, following detailed documentation and procedures.
- Apply 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices to enhance safety, reduce waste, and streamline production.
- Maintain high quality by adhering to standards and documenting non-conformances.
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Participate actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Cycle count inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Select and prepare inventory parts to meet manufacturing and customer requirements.
- Assist with packaging and crating large instruments for shipment.
- Work efficiently in a clean room environment.
- Submit engineering change requests to address production, documentation, or design issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly.
- Proficiency using hand tools and electronic assembly tools.

- Experience working in clean room environments.
