Electrical Designer – Senior, Ft Eustis - Newport News VA area

Summary: Lead electrical design, drafting, and analysis for integration of systems and sub-systems onto Army aviation platforms.

Key Duties

  • Design and integrate aircraft electrical systems using PTC Creo tools.
  • Prepare configuration-controlled TDPs and drawing packages compliant with ASME, MIL-STD, and applicable airworthiness requirements.
  • Oversee less-senior electrical designers; support testing, fabricators, and travel needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of CAD experience with strong proficiency reading and interpreting schematics, harness drawings, and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to oversee technical and less-senior staff.
