Job description

Reports to: GM Maintenance
Based at: Aurora Corporate Office

 Key responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

· Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of current and future clients.  Operate as the first point of contact for maintenance customers to help provide solutions that meet customer’s needs.

Duties and Tasks:

· Develop and maintain a profitable maintenance, enhancement, and snow removal customer base.

· Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.

· Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.

· Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing  properties.

·Maintain open communications with all departments and personnel regarding safety, job efficiency, product quality, and customer service.

·Perform weekly site checks and provide site audit reports to customers.

·Achieve revenue, profitability, enhancement sales, and contract renewal goals.

·Comply with Company policies and procedures.

·Any other duties as assigned.                                                  

Requirements:

·3 years’ experience in landscape account management or closely related field.

·Exceptional communication skills.

·Clean Valid Colorado driver's license.

Preferred:

·Experience in Aspire software.

·Bilingual.

·Attention to detail.

·Bright, energetic team player.

Work Environment:

·Read, analyze, and interpret professional documents and plans.

·Write technical and professional reports and correspondence using proper spelling, grammar, and style.

·Apply common sense understanding to carry out simple written and oral instructions; deal with standardized situations or problems involving a few concrete variables.

·May involve lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. for short periods of time

·Sits for long periods of time, may walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, climb carry and lift for carrying periods. Requires continuous and repetitive arm-hand-eye movement.
