Job description
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, symptom/pain control, and patient/family education.
Deliver emotional support and education to patients and caregivers based on individual needs.
Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides while coordinating care activities and documentation.
Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans based on ongoing monitoring.
Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.
Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
One (1) year experience as a RN.
Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
