Asphalt Sealcoating Crew Member

Doctor Asphalt LLC Locations: Madison, WI and Minneapolis, MN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Seasonal (April–November) with winter out-of-state opportunities Experience: Asphalt and/or concrete experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do

  • Apply sealcoat, crackfill, and line striping with precision
  • Prep job sites through cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup
  • Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained, supportive crew

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful job site

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold weather
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Willingness to learn — no experience required, but experience helps
  • Team-oriented mindset and respect for craftsmanship
  • Must be willing to travel out of state for 2–4 weeks at a time, and be available for local work in either Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred
