Overview:
We are seeking experiencedย Contact Center Engineersย with deep expertise inย AWS Connectย and a strong background in legacy contact center technologies. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade contact center solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize contact center architectures leveragingย AWS Connectย and related AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM platforms such asย Salesforceย andย Zendesk, as well as with custom-built applications.
  • Develop and manage telephony and routing workflows acrossย legacy platformsย includingย Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, and NICE.
  • Script, automate, and enhance system performance usingย Pythonย andย JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance aroundย network engineering, unified communications, PSTN/carrier technologies, and CTI/API development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7โ€“8 years of progressive experience inย Contact Center Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experienceย developing, implementing, and managing AWS Connectย environments.
  • Strong understanding ofย telephony, voice systems design, andย network fundamentals.
  • Proven experience integrating AWS Connect with CRMs and enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and automation within AWS environments.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architectย certification required.
