We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Austin Texas, Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.
The Operations Specialist supports execution and performance across warehouse and logistics operations by coordinating activities within the supply chain network, ensuring process adherence, and contributing to data-driven improvements to enable reliable material flow and service performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Performance
  • Support daily operations by monitoring 3PL performance, tracking KPIs, and following up on operational issues
  • Identify performance deviations and contribute to corrective actions
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Process Management & Optimization
  • Monitor adherence to established supply chain processes, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements
  • Contribute to optimizing material flow across warehouse, factory, and logistics operations
  • Consider cross-functional dependencies (e.g., safety, customs, export control)

Analytics & Reporting
  • Perform data analysis to support operational decision-making
  • Maintain and support reporting tools and dashboards
  • Translate reporting needs into clear data requirements

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., 3PL) to support smooth execution
  • Support alignment of activities across supply chain functions

Continuous Improvement
  • Support Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and structured problem-solving efforts
  • Contribute to implementation of process and system improvements

Stakeholder & Knowledge Support
  • Work with stakeholders across teams to support operational execution
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain understanding of supply chain processes

(Optional) Network Support
  • Assist in data analysis and modeling related to supply chain optimization

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with SAP/WMS and data tools (Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
