Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing access and promoting clear communication for students who are deaf or hard of hearing as they navigate their school day.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably in school or youth-focused environments
  • Ability to effectively facilitate communication between students, educators, and staff
  • Certification through recognized interpreting credentials strongly encouraged
