JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Barista, you have the opportunity to directly impact the resident experience with your friendly customer service and delicious concoctions. Creating bonds with our residents by knowing their preferences or suggesting a new drink will start the day on the right foot. The characteristics of a strong barista include a positive attitude, approachability, ability to multitask, and a passion for coffee.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Barista, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Greet and engage residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure quality drinks
  • Curate a menu to showcase featured beverages
  • Ensure that residents are satisfied with their orders and address any concerns
  • Keep the barista station clean and organized, including equipment and countertops
  • Monitor inventory and manage stock levels or coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies
  • Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
  • Requirement: 1 year of barista & customer service experience is required

The hourly range for the position is $18.00 - $20.00

The hourly range for the position is $16.00 - $18.00

Schedule: Sunday, 8:00 am -12:00 pm; Monday - Friday, 6:30 am 10:30 am

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
