Prestigious internationalbank seeks a Relationship Manager to cover Asian Corporate clients in the US.
The position originate and execute corporate finance deals to Asian large cap corporate subsidiaries as a part of global team including primary RM's of the parent companies in Asia.This position will originate business with new and existing clients and drive broader cross-sell opportunities for the Bank.
  • Deliver value-added financing solutions to existing andprospective clients to augment client relationships and obtain transactionmandates.
  • Effectively manage client relationships toimprove results and meet revenue targets. Responsible for a portfolio ofclient relationships. Involves traveling and presenting to clientsregularly.
  • Execute against business strategy for the team touptier client relationships, increase market penetration and maximizeprofitability.
  • Manage all aspects of new transactions from origination,credit approval, documentation, and closing.
  • Participate in the ongoing monitoring of theportfolio of existing clients proactively owning, responding to andanticipating any future needs, challenges or risks, and escalating in atimely manner.
  • Work with product specialists and subject matterexperts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meetclients' unique needs.
  • Leverage the expertise and capabilities of other bankingbusinesses in alignment with the strategy of the Bank.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the banking group.

Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of specialized experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in financial analysisand credit structuring at a corporate or investment bank.
  • Required:BA / BS
  • Preferred:MA / MS / MBA
  • Formal credit training a plus.
  • CFA/CPA preffered
  • Business fluency in the following languages:English,Mandarin Chinese, Japanese(prefered)
  • MS Office Suite, Bloomberg, Capital IQ

Skill Set
Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese, Japanese (preferrable), relationship Management at commercial / investment bank or equivalent
