Job description

The Front Range Catering Co. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to oversee a team of 3 to 5 cooks/hands. the Sous Chef will work with the Executive Chef and the Kitchen Manager and will be responsible for putting out parties or completing necessary prep in their absence. The position is M-F, morning to mid afternoon, with some weekend days required. Sous Chef will work almost exclusively in our commercial kitchen and will not have to go on site or work late nights. We serve a wide variety of foods including French, Italian, Tex-Mex, BBQ, Eastern, Asian & New American. We Need someone that can adapt and be able to change with our demands.
