Scott Premium Closures is growing, and we're looking for an Outside Sales Representative – Pacific Northwest to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company serving the wine industry while building strong customer relationships and expanding our presence throughout Pacific Northwest.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned Pacific Northwest territory. This field-based role develops new business, strengthens existing winery and distributor relationships, and represents our portfolio of premium wine closure solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesALL Own and grow an assigned Pacific Northwest sales territory
Develop strong relationships with existing wineries, distributors, and industry accounts
Prospect for and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and territory plan
Present and recommend closure solutions based on customer needs and applications
Prepare quotes and coordinate orders in accordance with company pricing and procedures
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, forecasts, and account information
Represent Scott Premium Closures at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience
Wine, beverage, packaging, closures, or related technical sales experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to grow a territory, develop accounts, and achieve sales objectives
Strong relationship-building, prospecting, organization, and follow-through skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Enology, Viticulture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Pacific Northwest, with occasional overnight travel
