About Fulcrum Technologies, Inc.

Fulcrum Technologies is a vertically integrated precision manufacturing company specializing in structural systems for advanced manufacturing environments. We design and fabricate semiconductor equipment pedestals, structural supports, cleanroom platforms, and custom-engineered assemblies that enable advanced manufacturing tools to operate at peak performance.

Our team combines structural engineering, precision machining, metal fabrication, and field installation expertise to support OEMs, semiconductor fabs, and advanced manufacturing facilities across North America and Asia.

We exist to strengthen the structural foundation of manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will have field service experience in a clean room environment and be able to travel globally for installation services up to 80% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Perform onsite technical guidance to customers and their installation support contingent workers in the receipt, installation, and readying of pedestal package for applicable vibration and stiffness testing.
  • Ensure correct and accurate placement and proper mounting of pedestals and seismic restraint components to meet criteria specified by lithography equipment manufacturers.
  • Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, installation tools, mobile phone, laptop, etc.
  • Shall uphold a high standard of personal conduct to maintain physical and virtual access credentials for being on a customer work site.
  • Basic understanding of technical issues involving the installation process and able to elevate installation issues to senior Field Install Technician FIT's and/or Install Manager for resolution.
  • Maintains accurate, legible records and reports as required in accordance with both Fulcrum and customer requirements.
  • Perform pre-installation site surveys.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while working in a clean room environment. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing fast quality responses to both internal and external customers while maintaining a safety-first mentality.
  • Maintains and monitors tools for compliance with cleanroom protocol requirements and to ensure that appropriate tools are on hand, as required.
  • Booking domestic and international business trips. This includes, but is not limited to booking airfare, rental vehicle, and obtaining lodging within Fulcrum Travel policy. All of which is done via mobile apps, websites, or directly calling place of business.
  • Completes expense reports, and other administrative responsibilities, in accordance with Fulcrum's policies/procedures.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Tualatin HQ)
