Job description

Compensation: $18.00-21.00/hr
What You'll Do:
  • Support the Sales team with deal paperwork, recaps, and deal jackets.
  • Review deals for missing paperwork, signatures, payoffs, and lender requirements.
  • Work with Sales and Funding teams to resolve contract and documentation issues.
  • Assist with vehicle titling and registration for new, used, and trade-in vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records for funding, titling, plates, and registrations.
  • Assist with OEM reporting, audits, vehicle invoices, dealer trades, and inventory reporting.
  • Greet and direct customers, answer incoming calls, and support customer appointments.
  • Manage plate and tab processes, including tracking, customer contact, and distribution.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate information across dealership systems.
  • Assist Sales Managers with reporting, scheduling, metrics, and other administrative needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and dealership documents.
  • Work with Sales, Funding, Inventory, banks, OEMs, and other teams to keep processes moving efficiently.
