Job description

ASI is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative. This job is fast paced and mentally demanding. Previous aircraft maintenance experience is desired but not required. Hours of operation are 7:00am to 4:00pm and flexible hours are available.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
? Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
? Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
? Maintains customer records by updating account information, through invoices, data entry, and bill backs
? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
? Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
? Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Accesses the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management.
? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

All applicants must pass a nine-panel pre-employment drug screen and alcohol breath test. Employees in this position will be subject to bi-weekly random nine panel drug and alcohol breath test as well. ASI is a drug free workplace with a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy, as we must comply with FAA requirements. All applicants must submit to a background check and pre-employment assessments. Applicants must be responsible and motivated individuals. Prior Military applicants are always welcome.
Starting wage for this position is based on experience and qualifications. Paid weekly.
