Job description

Beaver Mitsubishi is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Technicians to join our growing service team. As a Level 1 Technician, you will be responsible for performing entry-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career as a skilled automotive technician within a supportive and reputable organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex diagnostics and repairs.
  • Learn and utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify basic vehicle issues.
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Document all work performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge of Mitsubishi vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
