Hilltop Health and Rehab is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s). You must already be a CNA to apply for this job.

Available Shift Details:

Full Time AM 8 and 12 Hour

PRN - All shifts

Part Time - All shifts

 What you will do:

  • Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
  • Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
  • Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
  • Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
  • Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

What you need to have:

  • Willingness to make a difference!
  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
  • Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exemptions to this requirement in accordance with applicable law.
