Department: Enterprise Architecture

Schedule: Full-Time, Days

Salary: $154,946.88.00 - $215,985.79.00 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Enterprise Solution Architecture & Governance: Author end-to-end conceptual and logical architectural frameworks across COTS, cloud infrastructure, integration, security, data, and AI; enforce architectural standards by serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and AI governance forums.

  • Modernization & Portfolio Rationalization: Formulate detailed Points of View (POVs), technology pattern recommendations, and multi-year strategic roadmaps to simplify legacy application inventory, reduce technical debt, and optimize systems based on resilience, business value, and TCO metrics.

  • Domain-Centric Integration & Data Modeling: Leverage enterprise architecture modeling tools and EA data sets (e.g., TOGAF frameworks) to generate nuanced, actionable architecture views and diagrams across complex, highly matrixed healthcare technology ecosystems.

  • Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Direct solution alignment across disparate teams-including Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Delivery, and Product Engineering-to ensure seamless execution from initial ideation to production deployment.

  • Technical Sequencing & Backlog Optimization: Evaluate cross-portfolio backlogs alongside business and technology leaders to sequence future-state initiatives based on technical dependencies, business priorities, and compressed delivery timelines.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Healthcare Domain Expertise: Direct experience architecting solutions for large-scale healthcare IT environments, care delivery settings, and clinical integration frameworks.

  • Frameworks & Modeling Tooling: Hands-on proficiency with TOGAF methodologies and enterprise modeling platforms such as LeanIX, Abacus, Orbus iServer, MEGA, or IBIS.

  • Product Model & Agile at Scale: Proven track record leading architectural initiatives within scaled Agile and product-centric operating models.
