Job description

Confidential opportunity with an established plaintiff-side firm dedicated to mesothelioma and asbestos litigation. We're adding an experienced litigation paralegal to our Philadelphia, PA team to support attorneys across the full life cycle of toxic-tort cases.


Day to day, you'll:

• Support asbestos/mesothelioma matters from intake through trial and post-trial

• Prepare medical chronologies, deposition summaries, and case timelines

• Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and exhibits

• Coordinate experts, manage filing deadlines, and handle state and federal e-filing

• Keep complex, high-volume case files trial-ready


You likely have:

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (asbestos, toxic-tort, mass-tort, or plaintiff-side PI/med-mal a strong plus)

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and case-management skills

• Comfort with e-filing and common case-management software
