About Asahi Beer USA

Asahi Beer USA is a premium beverage business headquartered in the U.S., with a focus on building and expanding a portfolio of super premium brands including Asahi Super Dry and Twisted Shotz. As part of Asahi Europe & International, the global arm of Asahi Group Holdings, the U.S. team plays a strategic role in shaping the future of Asahi's international portfolio through consumer-led innovation and agile market execution. Backed by global brands, insights, and capabilities, and supported by Octopi Brewing - a leading production facility in Wisconsin - Asahi Beer USA combines local agility with global scale.

About the Role

Want to work with one of the fastest-growing premium beer brands in the US? Join us at Asahi Beer USA.

Asahi Beer USA is on a mission to become a leading supplier of premium total beverage brands in the U.S. - and we're well on our way. Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori are winning at retail, and we're building the team to keep that momentum going. Backed by the global scale of Asahi Europe & International and the production power of Octopi Brewing in Wisconsin, we're a business that moves fast and plays to win.

We're adding a Region Manager to lead our Southern California business - a proven sales leader who knows how to grow brands, develop people, and get results through distributor partners and account teams.

You'll own the full P&L picture for your region, driving availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across your market. That means executing Annual Business Plans with distributor partners, developing the skills and careers of your team, and managing the complexity of a multi-brand portfolio - all while delivering volumetric and financial results.

This is a leadership role for someone who's done it before and is ready to do it again at a brand that's on the rise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a regional sales team
  • Own business management, distributor collaboration, and account development across Southern California
  • Execute Annual Business Plans with distributor partners and hold them accountable to results
  • Drive availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori
  • Manage volumetric and financial performance across your region
  • Develop the skills and careers of your team members
  • Navigate the complexity of a multi-brand, multi-channel portfolio with clarity and focus

Travel

Field-based role. Regular travel within the Southern California region will be required, along with limited travel for company meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually (salaried/exempt)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off & 9 paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  •  Bonus: Eligible to participate in the company's annual performance-based bonus program
  • And more

We are an equal opportunity employer. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Asahi Beer USA celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can show up as their authentic self.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

  • A demonstrated track record of growing brands and delivering results in a regional sales leadership role
  • Experience managing and developing field sales teams
  • Strong distributor relationship management and Annual Business Plan execution experience
  • Deep fluency in the U.S. three-tier system and off-premise retail landscape
  • Experience managing multiple brands across beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
  • High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Someone who leads from the front - not from a spreadsheet

Skills & Experience That Set You Apart

  • Regional sales leadership and team development
  • Distributor collaboration and ABP execution
  • Multi-brand portfolio management
  • Off-premise and on-premise account development
  • Volumetric and financial performance management
  • U.S. three-tier distribution system expertise
  • Beer and/or RTD category experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
