Job description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain IT Solution Architect to design and lead scalable technology solutions across supply chain, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and fulfillment environments. The role will drive architecture strategy, enterprise integrations, cloud modernization, and technology governance from design through implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for supply chain and warehouse initiatives.
  • Design solutions across WMS, WCS/WES, TMS, ERP, planning, inventory, and fulfillment systems.
  • Define integration architectures using APIs, EDI, middleware, event messaging, and data streaming.
  • Integrate enterprise and legacy platforms including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, IBM iSeries/AS400, and IBM Sterling Integrator.
  • Design and support Google Cloud and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Provide architecture leadership for warehouse automation and robotics technologies.
  • Define architecture standards, reusable patterns, governance, roadmaps, and system documentation.
  • Drive reliability, scalability, security, observability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI/ML, and technical debt reduction.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, operations, security, data, and vendor teams.
  • Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong solution architecture experience.
  • Strong background in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with WMS/WCS/WES, TMS, SAP, IBM iSeries/AS400, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud, hybrid cloud, APIs, EDI, event-driven architecture, and real-time data streaming.
  • Experience with legacy modernization, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
