Job Description
The Contributing Artist Program (CAP) enables artists worldwide to contribute original artwork to the Cricut Design Space library and earn compensation based on usage. The program plays a key role in expanding and diversifying content for Cricut members.
We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Associate Program Manager to support and grow CAP. This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, drive projects from idea to execution, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with CAP artists, Production Artists, and cross-functional partners across product, content, and engineering, and will need to be comfortable working across both creative and technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day CAP operations, including artist applications, communications, and workflow tracking
  • Ensure timely, accurate responses across CAP communication channels
  • Maintain trackers, workflows, and documentation to support clear project visibility and timely completion of work
  • Drive projects and process improvements from concept through execution, including timelines, coordination, and follow-through
  • Identify trends and patterns in artist feedback, submissions, and workflows to inform program improvements
  • Partner with Production Artists and cross-functional teams to support content quality and resolve issues
  • Investigate, document, and escalate bugs or workflow issues related to Design Space content
  • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively
  • Support new CAP initiatives, workflows, and project launches as the program evolves

Technical & Functional Skills
  • Experience with digital content, design tools, or creative workflows
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Experience with tools like Airtable, Jira, or similar is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Background in graphic design or strong understanding of design principles
  • Familiarity with Cricut Design Space or similar platforms
  • Experience working with artist communities or user-generated content programs
  • Experience engaging with international partners, customers, or online communities

Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
