The Associate Director manages, supports, and guides these staff members in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs as outlined in their position descriptions and the center’s mission. Additionally, the associate director will work closely with the Associate Director of Operations (new position) to coordinate all employer-related activity that is directly managed by the Manager of Recruiting & Leadership Programs.The Associate Director supports the educational mission of the university by providing students with a bridge between the academic and professional communities by developing and cultivating relationships with recruiters to provide full-time and internship opportunities that meet students’ needs. The associate director works with faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituents to strengthen the link between Georgetown’s liberal arts education and students’ professional goals.
