Part-Time Instructor - Premier Martial Arts
This position would float between 2 locations: Marietta, GA and Sandy Springs, GA
Job Summary
An Instructor with Premier Martial Arts (PMA) is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible and is always a student themselves. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “edutaining” classes
  • Assist with student tracking, rankings, and reporting to determine graduation windows and overall progress
  • Assist with the creation of curriculum that follows PMA guidelines for instruction
  • Organize and execute student graduation classes
  • Work with the Head Instructor to complete class planning and management
  • Assist with the execution of initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships.
  • Participate in special events as scheduled
