How we LEAD:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager who will handle product and marketing campaign strategy for multiple artists and projects across the IGA Miami roster. This job requires comprehensive communication and coordination internally and externally in order to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the overall artist message and brand.
How you'll CREATE:
  • Develop and execute full marketing plans and campaigns for single and album launches
  • Build customized marketing strategies that reflect each artist's unique identity
  • Coordinate all facets of the label group to maintain focus and progress in relation to specific artist's projects
  • Work in conjunction with artists, managers, and marketing team to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands
  • Seek out and maintain the knowledge of each artist and their management team's processes, goals, and overall efforts in order to maintain a cohesive and effective working relationship
  • Generate timelines of project needs and key dates/deadlines with all departments and oversee the timely delivery of those needs
  • Create and coordinate special events in conjunction with album releases, specific tour dates, and other special events
  • Serve as key liaison for artist management and label
  • Brainstorm and produce big marketing ideas, identify the best idea options, and execute
  • Manage a high volume of communication - phone calls, emails and meetings
  • Design and oversee advertising campaigns
  • Communicate the status of artists projects routinely with the label staff
  • Collaborate on end-to-end campaign strategy across streaming, socials, digital advertising, creator marketing, content, D2C and live moments.
  • Develop audience growth strategies using fan insights, consumption data, and cultural trends.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Audience Development, Commercial Partnerships, Creative, Publicity, A&R, and International teams to maximize campaign impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations that improve future releases.
  • Identify emerging marketing opportunities across new platforms, creators, and fan communities.
  • Manage artist marketing budgets, forecasts, and campaign reporting.
  • Support artist development by building long-term brand strategies in addition to individual release campaigns.
  • Provide direction to and manage Marketing Coordinator
  • Other responsibilities as required
