About the Role:
Artificial Turf Products is looking for a skilled and motivated Synthetic Turf Installer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform residential and commercial spaces with high-quality artificial turf installations. Responsibilities:
  • Install synthetic turf products for residential, and commercial applications
  • Prepare and grade sub-base surfaces including sod removal, compaction, and drainage installation
  • Measure, cut, and seam artificial turf materials with precision and care
  • Secure turf edges using nails, staples, adhesive, or bender board as required
  • Apply infill materials such silica sand and other natural infills to finished installations
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment on job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout each project
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in turf installation, landscaping, hardscaping, or a related trade preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50+ lbs, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a crew
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or landscaping
