Job Description:

We are a growing artificial grass installation company seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member/Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting with turf installation projects and safely transporting materials, equipment, and crew to job sites.

Responsibilities:

Assist with artificial turf installation (cutting, laying, securing, and finishing)

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety procedures and company standards

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Experience in landscaping, construction, or turf installation (preferred but not required)

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving trucks/trailers
