SALARY REQUIREMENTS Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $192,600 to $241,900 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits. JOB DESCRIPTION As an AI/ML Engineer at MissionEdge Technologies, you will be the driving force behind transforming cutting-edge machine learning concepts from whiteboard sketches into scalable, production-ready solutions. Minimum Required Qualifications: * Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
* 10 years experience deploying machine learning algorithms is required. A Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited college or university is required. 7 additional years machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree. Demonstrated abilities in software engineering and AI/ML model test and evaluation.
* Must have exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages, e.g. Python, Java, C, R, a plus. Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Physical Requirements: May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Background Screening/Check/Investigation: Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
