This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to design and develop scalable solutions using AI tools and machine-learning models.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements machine learning and generative AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data teams, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
  • Conducts data analysis, preprocessing, training, testing, validating and feature engineering to extract valuable insights from large datasets, improving model performance and accuracy.
  • Stays updated on the latest AI (machine learning and generative AI) advancements, research papers, and tools, incorporating them into AI development projects.
  • Optimizes AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging cloud-based resources and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Gathers external datasets required for the machine learning and generative AI solutions and perform analysis on the effectiveness and accuracy of using those features.
  • Ensures the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
  • Interfaces with third party partner team on a project need basis to analyze requirements, validate solutions, review technical stacks, guide implementations and deployments.

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work legally in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing/generation.
  • Understanding of generative AI architectures like RAG, Agentic, multi-model, MCP architectures preferred.
  • Proficiency in big data tools, cloud platforms, Azure OpenAI, AWS bedrock, AI technologies such as Python, Spark, TensorFlow or scikit-learn etc
  • Proficiency in MLOps, LLMOps is a plus.
