In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities where automation can deliver meaningful business impact and lead the design, development, and implementation of those solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: AI Roadmap: Evaluate, select, and manage the implementation of AI and other automation solutions. Process Architecture Maps:Map out complex business processes and identify inefficiencies, data silos, and manual bottlenecks that are ripe for automation. Solution Strategy:Identify which tools (AI or otherwise) are best suited for speeding processes.

Estimate the value of the proposed solution based on cost, speed, and reliability. Rapid Prototyping & Deployment:Build and iterate solutions using AI and other development tools to create seamless, automated loops. Data Governance & Security:Ensure that all implementations follow strict data privacy standards and that "hallucinations" or errors are mitigated through robust testing and human checkpoints.

Performance Analytics: Develop dashboards to track automation performance to show the "Before vs. After" in terms of time saved and output quality. Mentor and Coach: Partner with the business' functional experts to increase knowledge and utilization of automation tools.

Lifecycle Management: Provide production-level support for all in-scope solutions Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors: AI Fluency: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLM parameters, and the current agentic AI ecosystem. Analytical Mindset:Proven ability to translate messy, manual business processes into clean, structured data flows. Systems Integration:Experience connecting AI to legacy business systems.

A working knowledge of business systems, such as Epicor, and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace. Development:Proficiency in Python and other languages, familiarity with delivering solutions using Generative AI and other automation tools, and expertise in UX creation. Soft Skills:Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Customer service oriented. Self-motivated and self-directed. Bachelor's degree in information technologies related field or equivalent experience.
