Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineer

The Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineer plays a vital role in advancing process automation and digital innovation at a leading technology law firm. Reporting to the Manager of Product Engineering, this position is responsible for designing, building, and testing legal workflow automations, form-building solutions, and AI-powered knowledge systems. Key duties include collaborating with attorneys and technical teams to capture requirements, map workflows, create proofs-of-concept, and ensure the accuracy and governance of legal content. The role also involves evaluating and integrating AI technologies, building RPA workflows, developing API integrations, and providing executive analytics for leadership decision-making. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training, maintaining documentation, and gathering user feedback to refine processes. Required qualifications include at least three years of experience in AI-powered workflow delivery, proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, and enterprise file formats, as well as hands-on experience with API-driven integrations, document automation, and generative AI solutions.
