WSU Tech is seeking an innovative and student-focused Business Administration Faculty member to help prepare students for success in today's rapidly evolving business environment. This position combines traditional business instruction with the practical application of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, helping students develop the skills employers need now and in the future.

  • Compensation: $58,926.40/yr
  • Worksite Location: South Campus / Online

Overview / Job Summary:

As a faculty member, you will deliver engaging instruction in Business Administration courses through classroom, hybrid, and online formats. You will help students build a strong foundation in business principles while introducing them to the responsible and effective use of AI tools in modern workplaces.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain course syllabi aligned with learning outcomes and industry expectations.
  • Deliver engaging instruction using current teaching methods and instructional technologies.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence concepts, tools, and applications into business coursework where appropriate.
  • Develop, assess, and continuously improve course materials and curriculum.
  • Support institutional AI initiatives and collaborate on curriculum modernization efforts.
  • Maintain office hours and provide academic support to students.
  • Participate in assessment activities and continuous program improvement.
  • Collaborate with high school partners, industry partners, college leadership, and cross-functional teams.
