Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job description:

Are you looking to grow with a new company? Trifecta Medical is growing in the medical sterilization industry and are looking for skilled CNC Machinist. We design and manufacture medical sterilization trays and caddies for medical instruments.

Skills and Functions needed:

· 3 Axis Milling setup and some Lathe setup helpful.

· Set up and run multiple CNC mills at once.

· Set up and run multiple CNC mills at once.

· Familiar with Haas and Hurco machines and probing system.

· Attention to detail when setting up to reduce scrap.

· Ability to do process inspections (IPIC) and 1st article inspections.

· Machining plastics is a plus.

· Work with minimal supervision.

· G and M code experience.

· Editing at the machine experience.

· Renishaw probing experience.

· Understanding Blueprints.

· In process Inspection.

· Traveler Discipline.

· Must keep work area clean.

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a job shop environment and demonstrated proficiency in operating all CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, and deburring tools.
