ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Feedback Translator:Collect, interpret, and communicate client feedback to the creative team with clarity and positivity.
  • Information Liaison: Translate complex strategies, concepts, and project updates from the Maverick team into clear, concise, and client-friendly communication that builds understanding and confidence.
  • Growth Catalyst:Identify opportunities within accounts to leverage Maverick's expertise in delivering speed, service, and savings. Expand our in-house agency's impact while driving growth for the brands we serve.
  • Master Organizer:Keep project management tools updated and team members informed, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years - Bachelor's Degree
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 7+ years spent working at a creative agency or in a brand marketing role
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience leading and growing teams
  • Experience using Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

  • This role will have decision making authority over day-to-day work and will have approval authority as delegated and allowed by their manager.
