Job description

The solutions coordination team is a critical part of the overall success of a product line. As a Digital Solutions Coordinator you will be accountable for the facilitation of custom digital sales. In this role, you will be responsible for digital project execution, including but not limited to: engaging in customer interactions, basic design work, overseeing assigned graphic design resources and exceeding customer expectations in design delivery.

The Solutions Coordinator will report to the Supervisor, Digital Coordination and be based in-person at our Corporate Office in Medina, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements
  • Review customer provided art images to confirm suitability for print to wall coverings
  • Using designated tools & platforms, execute image searches meeting customer requirements
  • Using designated tools & platforms execute level one design activities meeting customer requirements, including but not limited to: image searches, image generation, perform minor image resizing/cropping
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure image selections and edits align with their design vision & project requirements
  • Document & validate all customer requirements for custom digital projects
  • Liaise with graphic design resources to produce customer approved designs for projects holding them accountable for meeting customer expectations
  • Facilitate proactive communication with customers & field sales representatives regarding assigned customer digital projects
  • Manage project timelines
  • Collect & submit all required information to quotes team to quote customer digital projects
  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, meeting all required performance metrics & KPIs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or design-related environment.
  • Experience with advanced graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) is a preferred
  • Background in graphic design is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the wallcovering, architectural products, or commercial interiors industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software; experience with project management or service management systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safely
