About The Role
PHOTO & RECEIVING: The Lead Product Handler is an non-management role, who will help oversee all
support staff in designated areas and act as a liaison between product handlers, inbound and outbound
management.
AUTHENTICATION: The Lead Product Handler is a non-management position, who will help oversee all product handlers and act as a liaison between product handlers and inbound management to ensure product is flowing into Authentication quickly and in date order.
What You Get To Do Everyday
PHOTO/RECEIVING:
  • Lead team of product handlers and support staff to ensure all daily tasks are complete.
  • Conduct daily huddles with the team, flex goals and product pick up category as needed.
  • Work closely with the outbound team and/or management to help ensure flow of inbound consignment and supply is consistent.
  • Assist the manager with monitoring supply levels and adjusting workload based on supply.
  • Oversee end of night closing procedures and send daily recaps.
  • Responsible for keeping the Fashion Product Handling area organized by condensing and organizing consignments in the staging areas.

RECEIVING:
  • Ensure product flow going to copywriting is consistent and filled in a timely manner.

AUTHENTICATION:
  • Lead team of product handlers to ensure all daily tasks are complete and they are staying on task.
  • Conduct daily huddles with the team, flex goals and product flow tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with management to help ensure flow of consignments is consistent in all categories.
  • Oversee end of night closing procedures and send daily recaps.
  • Oversee and support product transfers when needed.
  • Responsible for keeping the queues and product handler area organized by condensing and organizing consignments in the staging areas.
  • Ensure product flow to authenticators is consistent and filled in a timely manner and racks are accurately scanned to the Authenticator's desk.
  • Ensure all authentication exception items are brought to correlating departments within a timely manner.
  • Ensure completed product is collected and taken to the putaway area to be collected by the Outbound team.
  • Support the Authentication team leads as needed and maintains constant communication.
  • Anticipate the needs of the team so production goals and SLA are met daily.
  • Support other team leads as needed and maintain constant communication.

  • Work with assistant managers of product to ensure VIP consignments are executed properly.

  • Excellent time management and follow up skills
  • Strong team player with leadership ability
  • Comfortable in fast-paced work environment where multitasking is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to do on the spot troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes some early mornings, late evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Must be able to walk and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience leading team size of 10+ members preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20-$22.98. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
