At Arrow, we don't believe in the "Sink or Swim" method of hiring and training. You'll receive hands-on training from our leadership team and tenured sales staff who will guide you on a path to success. At the completion of the training, you'll be master certified through Ford Motor Company and be equipped with the tools you need to thrive as a sales professional.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Communicate with guests through email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Offer assistance and direction to guests throughout the car-buying process
- Assist guests in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with coworkers and guests to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Know the in's & the out's of product offerings
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Stay connected with guests beyond the purchase to ensure satisfaction throughout their vehicle ownership
Sales Sales Consultant Qualifications
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computation skills and computer literacy
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Previous experience in sales, especially in the retail or automotive industries is a plus
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
