Job description

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA ), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Assembly/ Production Associates for our client in the automotive manufacturing industry located in Blue Springs, MO.


You must have at least 6 months Assembly and or Production experience to be considered for this job.

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Pay rate:

  • 1st shift – $18.00/HR
  • 2nd shift – $18.75/HR
  • 3rd shift – $18.75/HR


The shift hours are as follows:

  • 1st Shift – 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
  • You will be required to work overtime as requested


Responsibilities:

  • Participate on a production team as required per work instructions in an efficient manner
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be self-motivated, a team player, and a fast learner
  • Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling
  • Have great communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds


Requirements:

  • You must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • You will be required to do an onsite interview at the plant, prior to being offered a position
  • Must be able to pass post Offer Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to work full time and some OT as needed
  • Must be punctual, and have your own transportation (This job is not on a bus route)
  • You must have steel toed shoes or boots at time of applicat
