Job description

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Production/Assembly Operators for our client located in Princeton, IL

Pay rate:

1st Shift: $17/hr

2nd Shift:$17.50/hr

Shifts Available: 

1st Shift: 4:30 AM–3:00 PM | Tuesday–Friday

 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM | Monday–Thursday

Location:  Princeton, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
  • Maintain equipment and work areas
  • Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
  • Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas
  • Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
  • Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
  • Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately

Requirements:

  • Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
  • Must have steel toe shoes/boots
  • Must have good attendance
  • MUST be able to work OVERTIME
