JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support  (Instructional Designer for Language and Cultural Training) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command -Fort Liberty Generally Located In Fort Liberty - North Carolina 28316 and across the Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Instructional Designer for Language and Cultural Training | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY035040]

• Develop language and culture training aligned with Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and adult learning theories.
• Create lesson plans that meet ILR levels, integrating operationally relevant content.
• Collect and integrate student and instructor feedback

Desired Qualifications For Instructional Designer for Language and Cultural Training | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY035040] (ARMY035040) Candidates:

• Proven experience in designing curricula, especially for military audiences.
• Understanding of Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) standards and proficiency levels.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in designing language or cultural training programs.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in instructional technology and adult learning principles.
• Ability to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.

Competencies Required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
