* Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as directed by site leadership.
* Data Entry & Records Management:
* Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS.
* Ensure all equipment turn-in actions are properly documented, and records are maintained for audit readiness.
* Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer's Representative), and QA staff.
* Customer Service & Unit Support:
* Provide front-line administrative support to Army units turning in equipment.
* Assist supply clerks, technicians, and coordinators in resolving documentation errors or discrepancies.

* Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
* Support quality control staff by preparing documentation for inspections, reviews, and audits. Qualifications * Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in administration, logistics, or business preferred.
* 3-5 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience.
* Prior experience supporting U.S. Army supply, property accountability, or contractor operations strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with Army supply regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
* Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP (preferred).
* Proficiency in records management, forms processing, and administrative best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume turn-in environment.
* Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
* Must have a REAL ID.

Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments, with frequent transitions between administrative areas and active supply or equipment turn-in spaces. * The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, high or low humidity, dust, blowing sand, moderate to high noise, confined spaces, heights, and other adverse weather conditions, including outdoor work as needed. * This position may involve periods of increased activity, mission-driven overtime, and constant coordination with military personnel and contractor staff.
