Important Information:
Pay Rate: $25.00 hourly
Shifts: 7 pm-7 am
Location: Gettysburg, PA
Key Responsibilities
Provide armed security services at designated client locations.
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to detect and deter suspicious or criminal activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and security procedures.
Conduct security checks of buildings, equipment, and restricted areas.
Write clear and detailed incident reports and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Maintain situational awareness and take appropriate action to prevent threats or safety hazards.
Ensure firearm safety and proper handling at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid state ACT 235 Certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field preferred.
Clean criminal background (subject to background check).
Valid driverโs license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of use-of-force policies and de-escalation techniques.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Equipment Requirements
As a 1099 contractor, individuals may be required to provide their own equipment, which may include:
Duty firearm (approved caliber)
Duty belt and holster
Body armor (if required by contract)
Proper uniform or tactical attire as specified
Work Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environments.
- Will be operating company vehicle on premises
May include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Potential exposure to confrontational situations or emergencies.
