SPR Packaging is part of the Armando Alvarez Group, one of the largest polyethylene packaging manufacturers in the world. Our Rockwall, Texas facility houses extrusion, flexographic printing, and converting operations under one roof.

We serve major markets including hygiene, ice, towel & tissue, lawn & garden, and agriculture. With more than 70 years of global manufacturing expertise, our focus is speed, flexibility, and long-term customer partnerships.

Position Summary

  • Prospect for new customers (calls, emails, meetings).
  • Research target markets and build lists of opportunities.
  • Support larger accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day with smaller accounts — orders, questions, issues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to make sure shipments and service are right.
  • Put together quotes, pricing requests, and order details.
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, and trade shows.
  • Track your pipeline and activity.
  • Learn film structures, extrusion, printing, converting — and how customers make decisions around packaging, pricing, and sustainability.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Packaging, or similar).
  • 1–3 years in sales, business development, or customer service. Packaging or manufacturing background is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills — clear and professional.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to prospect and cold call.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. CRM experience is a plus.
  • Someone that lives in Dallas area and is willing to commute to Rockwall HQ when not traveling.
  • Travel up to 40% for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
  • Bring energy, competitiveness, and ambition to grow into a senior sales role.
