General Job Summary
The School Partnership & Enrollment Outreach Student Worker supports the daily operations of Arizona Christian University's Dual Enrollment and Enrollment Outreach initiatives. This position provides administrative, operational, and event support to the School Partnership Specialist and the Director of Enrollment Outreach while helping strengthen relationships with prospective schools, students, families, and community partners.
Primary responsibilities include data entry, maintaining accurate student and school records, assisting with dual enrollment processes, coordinating outreach activities, supporting campus visits and recruitment events, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and educational partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
School Partnership & Dual Enrollment Support
- Assist the School Partnership Specialist and Enrollment Outreach team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Learn the fundamentals of Arizona Christian University's Dual Enrollment Program, including teacher qualification requirements, course approvals, and evaluation processes.
- Enter, maintain, and update prospective student, school, and partner information in Populi and other university databases.
- Assist with application processing and provide administrative support during peak enrollment periods.
- Support communication with prospective schools, counselors, students, parents, and educational partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dual enrollment partnerships and enrollment activities.
Enrollment Outreach & Recruitment
- Represent Arizona Christian University at recruitment events, college fairs, high school visits, and community outreach activities.
- Share personal experiences as an ACU student to help prospective students understand the value of an ACU education and the University's Christ-centered community.
- Answer questions regarding admissions, dual enrollment, student life, academic programs, campus resources, and university opportunities.
- Assist in conducting campus tours for prospective students, families, school groups, and dual enrollment partners.
- Help coordinate and prepare materials for recruitment events, campus visit days, and special programs.
- Collect feedback from prospective students, parents, and school partners to help improve outreach efforts and the overall visitor experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, outreach activities, recruitment events, and partner communications.
- Assist with follow-up communications to prospective students, families, counselors, and partner schools.
- Support ongoing improvements to enrollment, outreach, and dual enrollment processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports, organize files, and assist with other office operations as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members while adhering to assigned work schedules.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service in all interactions.
Additional Duties
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Support the Enrollment Outreach and School Partnership teams in accomplishing departmental goals.
- Maintain a positive, Christ-honoring attitude while serving students, families, faculty, staff, and community partners.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed during high-volume recruitment and admissions periods.

Education & Qualifications
- Current Arizona Christian University student in good academic standing (meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements).
- Eligible for Federal Work-Study or otherwise meeting student employment requirements.
- Demonstrated financial need.
- Completion of the FAFSA, if required for employment eligibility.
Work Schedule
- Part-time student employment position.
- Flexible weekday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Availability during recruitment seasons, campus visit days, orientation events, and special university programs.
- Summer availability is strongly preferred to support peak admissions, dual enrollment, and campus visit operations.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
This position is classified as
part-time, non-exempt and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and all applicable state and federal employment laws.
