Founded nearly 30 years ago, Argus Medical is a physician practice management company serving the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. Argus Medical provides comprehensive management services that support physicians in private practice.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Data Entry Representative to support our operations team. This is an entry-level data entry position focused on maintaining, entering, and updating information in internal systems and databases.

The role primarily involves structured data entry, record maintenance, and data verification tasks. Full training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, office administration, clerical work, or other detail-oriented roles are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and comfortable working with structured data in a fast-paced, task-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information into internal databases and systems accurately
  • Maintain and organize electronic records and data files
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
  • Perform basic data validation and correction of errors when needed
  • Support routine data maintenance and updates across systems
